Yes. Each resident has their own private bedroom with a locked door, providing a secure and personal space for rest, privacy, and comfort. Shared areas such as the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and laundry spaces are maintained for communal use, creating an environment that balances personal privacy with a supportive community atmosphere.
-
Our co-living homes are designed for individuals who are seeking safe, stable, and affordable housing. Residents may include working professionals, individuals transitioning into greater independence, people rebuilding stability in their lives, or those simply looking for a supportive and community-oriented living environment.

Each room is furnished with the essential items needed for comfortable living. Residents are provided with a bed, mattress, mattress protector, nightstand, lamp, dresser, and desk to create a functional and welcoming personal space.
The home also includes fully equipped shared spaces. Kitchens are stocked with the essential cookware and utensils needed for everyday meal preparation, including pots, pans, dishes, and basic cooking tools. Common areas are maintained to provide a clean, comfortable environment where residents can relax and connect with others in the home.

Rent typically ranges between $140 and $220 per week, depending on the property, room size, and location. Some homes may offer larger rooms or additional amenities, while others may be more standard in size. Pricing and current availability can be provided during the application process, and our team is happy to help match individuals with a home that fits their needs and budget.
-
The number of residents varies depending on the size and layout of the property. Most homes typically have between 5 and 10 bedrooms, with one resident per room so each person has their own private space and privacy.
To make the most of each property while maintaining comfortable living arrangements, some homes include additional bedrooms created through garage conversions or by converting spaces such as dining rooms or offices into bedrooms. Shared areas like the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms remain common spaces that all residents can use, creating a balance between personal privacy and community living.
-
Our homes operate with clear house guidelines that help create a respectful and comfortable community for everyone. Residents agree to follow these standards to ensure the home remains clean, safe, and supportive.
Many homes also have house managers who help oversee day-to-day operations and assist residents when needed. In addition, we work with community partners and support organizations that provide resources and guidance for residents working toward stability.
For safety and accountability, security cameras are installed in exterior and common areas of the homes. These measures help ensure a structured environment where residents can focus on personal progress while living in a stable and respectful community.
-
No. Our homes are shared co-living residences designed to provide stable, long-term housing in a structured and respectful community environment. The goal is to create a place people can truly call home while they work toward stability and personal progress.
Unlike shelters or traditional transitional housing programs, there is no maximum length of stay. Residents are welcome to remain in the home as long as they continue to follow house guidelines and keep their room rent current.
Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and stable living environment where individuals can focus on rebuilding, growing, and moving forward at their own pace.
-
Yes. All applicants go through a screening process before moving into one of our homes. Our goal is to provide opportunities for individuals who may face challenges securing traditional housing, while still maintaining a safe and respectful living environment for everyone in the home.
We believe that people deserve the opportunity to rebuild and move forward, especially when they are committed to stability and personal progress. At the same time, we take steps to ensure that residents are a good fit for the community and are willing to follow house guidelines that help keep the home safe, structured, and supportive for all residents.
Co-living is a housing model where individuals share a home while maintaining their own private bedroom. Residents share common spaces such as the kitchen, living room, and laundry areas, creating an affordable and community-oriented living environment.
This model helps provide stable housing while also encouraging connection, accountability, and support among residents.
